When drilling rigs working in winter,diesel pipeline often was.Make the diesel flow rate slow and insufficient or cause the diesel pipeline blocking,thus resulting the diesel engine breakdown or stop working.To solve this problem,after practical exploration and communication with field workers,wax prevention device was created by our company.There are two equipment about this device,respectively heat tracing to diesel engine’s pipeline of elevated tank and surface pipeline.
DAF-3 type heating rod is used for elevated tank tracing device,surface pipeline tracing device is liquid flow type heater;
DAF-5 type,it is of automatic temperature control device to ensure the diesel wax doesn’t wax,nor the temperature is too high.Energy saving,safety,easy installation,no noise and air pollution.

Explosion-proof design,can be make it into oil tank directly.The heating rod’s size is modifiable.Wonderful heating speed,easy to assemble.
