Integrated Heating Device for Oil Rig Freeze Resistance and Thermal Insulation

To guarantee the oil rigs operate safely and reliably in severe cold, we have developed an integrated heating device for oil rig freeze resistance relying on our years of experience. It is both environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The adoption of advanced PLC and monolithic control technology makes the boiler steam heating combine with gas line’s electrical heating and achieve heating and thermal insulation with the use of steam tracing plus electric heat tracing.
Years of field practice has proved that this device can effectively solve a variety of difficulties caused by operation of oil rigs in cold climates. At present, this device has been massively put into use in domestic and foreign drilling well construction sites.
Main functions and configuration:
Microcomputer automatic control;
Automatic fuel-type steam generator;
Imported automatic burner, fire control system and alarm device, saving fuels;
Diesel anti-wax precipitation heater (heating rod);
Gas line anti-freezing heater ensures the air line to be obstructed;
Gas relay explosion-proof electrical heating head;
Anti-explosion tank heater;
Container structure makes transportation and use convenient;
